Access Guidelines for Access PA POWER Library.
You need your 14 digit Chester County Library System library card number to access any of these databases from outside of a Chester County public library.

Access Guidelines for MasterFILE Premier.
Direct access: Every person using a library computer at Easttown Library will have access to the MasterFILE Premier database. Laptop users at Easttown Library do not have automatic access.

Remote access: A user ID and password are necessary to use MasterFILE Premier remotely. Eligibility for remote access to MasterFILE Premier for laptop users in the library and for all people outside of Easttown Library is for people who meet one of the following parameters:
1. Easttown Township residents
2. Chester County residents who currently are Easttown Library cardholders.

These two groups of users may contact Easttown Library to request the user ID and password necessary to access MasterFILE Premier remotely. Due to licensing restrictions, no exceptions will be made.

Chester County Library System residents who do not have an Easttown-issued library card and do not live in Easttown Township will not be given remote access to MasterFILE Premier. However, they are welcome to use MasterFILE Premier at Easttown Library.
