Is this the year you resolve to take more time for self-care? Chair Yoga is highly accessible for most physical abilities. This practice combines mindfulness and breathing with gentle movements designed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. Join us Mondays at 11 a.m. and Wednesdays at 1 p.m. on Zoom or watch the weekly recording at your convenience. 

Laughter Yoga: Laugh for the Health of It!

Start the New Year with a healthy dose of laughter, community, and fun! Laughter Yoga combines playful laughter "exercises," yoga breathing, and mindfulness for a complete well-being workout! It's been scientifically proven that laughing has many physical, mental and social benefits. Plus, it's just plain fun!
